DUODERM CGF STERILE DRESSING

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:
• A hydrocolloid, moisture-retentive wound dressing used to partial and full-thickness wounds with exudate
• For the management of exuding (draining) wounds
• Can be used as primary or secondary dressings and remain in place for up to 7 days
• DuoDERM CGF products interact with wound exudate and enable removal with little or no damage
• Latex-free

Indications for over the counter use minor abrasions, lacerations, minor cuts, minor scalds and burns and skin tears.
Indications for use under the supervision of a healthcare professional leg ulcers (venous stasis ulcers, arterial ulcers and leg ulcers of mixed aetiology), diabetic ulcers and pressure ulcers (partial and full thickness), surgical wounds (post-operative, donor sites, dermatological excisions), burns (first and second degree) and traumatic wounds.  *minimizes the potential of exposure to nosocomial or infectious agents
Contraindications Should not be used on individuals who are sensitive to or who have had an allergic reaction to the dressing or its components
