This is the Adult Replacement Electrode Pads Cartridge for the Philips HeartStart OnSite and Home models.  The easy-to-use cartridge simply snaps into your Philips HeartStart OnSite AED to make it ready for use.  Each Electrode Pad Cartridge comes with one set of electrode pads with the built in Philips pull handle.

Remember that since electrode pads are single use, it's best to be prepared with a spare set.
